Shipping, Returns and Policies



  • Shipping Fees are shouldered by the customer unless stated as "Free Shipping" as part of the promotion. 

    How long will my order take to be delivered?

    • After placing your order you will immediately receive a payment confirmation email. There is a processing period (1-2 days). When the product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It will usually take 2-3 days from the date of shipping for your order to arrive on your local courier office. However, please note that the shipping time depends on the time of the year. There might delays during holidays. Please coordinate with your courier with the use of the tracking number provided to you.

    Where can I track my order?

    • We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled-out when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package.


    • You can get a full refund if your item is significantly different from the our item description.

    ✔️ We will not refund items due to the following reasons:

    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster).
    • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Supps & Suits.

    Returns and Policies

    For returns, please follow the following instructions:

    You must notify Supps & Suits about the items you want to return within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Kindly contact us via email before sending out the item for faster and better customer service.

    • We can not refund Shipping and Handling fees.
    • All items must be returned in their original condition; unopened and including packaging. We will not refund the value of each missing component.
    • We cannot refund items that have been worn or altered or if seal is broken. Even if returned, all used, broken, or altered items will not be refunded. They will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
    • Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchanged item, actual shipping cost can be greater than product value.
    ➰ On your email please specify the invoice number, contact information, and the name you used when putting the order.

    ➰ Please provide the reason why you want to return the item(s).

    ➰ Once we have received the claim from you, our customer representative will inspect your request and contact you. We will email you a return procedure, information to include in your package, with the address of our return center, where you can ship the merchandise.  

    ➰ Send us the product back, and once the merchandise is received, we will send you a refund via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
